To produce high-quality sheet metal chassis cabinets, systematic control is required from design, material selection, full process technology to quality inspection. The following are specific implementation methods:

1、 Pre design and material selection control

Structural optimization: By simulating the stress through finite element analysis, local reinforcement is applied in the stress concentration area to avoid small bending corners that may cause plate fracture, while also meeting the design requirements of heat dissipation openings and electromagnetic shielding.
Material selection: Select the corresponding sheet metal according to the usage scenario. For outdoor cabinets, galvanized sheet metal and 304 stainless steel are preferred, and the thickness of the galvanized layer is controlled at 5-10 microns to avoid corrosion hazards from the source.

2、 Optimization of core processing technology

Cutting process: Laser cutting is used to complete high-precision cutting, combined with CAD nested layout, to improve the utilization rate of the board and reduce waste of corner materials.
Bending process: Using CNC bending equipment, simulate the bending path in advance, control the bending radius to be ≥ 1.5 times the plate thickness, avoid plate cracking, and ensure the accuracy of the bending angle.
Welding process: Prioritize arc welding to complete structural splicing, polish and level after welding to avoid virtual welding and deformation problems, and ensure the overall strength of the cabinet.
Surface treatment: Strictly implement acid washing and phosphating pre-treatment, followed by electrostatic spraying, controlling the coating thickness at around 200 microns to enhance corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

3、 Whole process quality control

Process inspection: Set up quality inspection nodes in each process to promptly remove defective parts and prevent unqualified products from flowing into the next stage.
Finished product verification: Testing key dimensions such as flatness and verticality according to industry standards, simulating assembly to verify the smoothness of insertion and removal, and conducting additional IP waterproof testing for outdoor models.
Personnel and equipment support: Regularly maintain processing equipment, conduct operator skill training, and reduce human errors through standardized operations.
