Core process control
The material selection should match the scene. During the cutting and punching process, the hole diameter should be ≥ the material thickness, and the hole spacing deviation should be controlled within 0.1mm. Laser cutting or CNC punching machines should be prioritized to ensure a smooth and burr free cut.
The bending process follows the order of large angle first and then small angle. The width of the lower mold slot is at least 6 times the thickness of the board to avoid cracking. At the same time, the flatness is strictly controlled to be ≤ 1mm to ensure smooth assembly in the future.
After welding, the weld seam needs to be polished, and the surface treatment should be degreased and phosphated before electrostatic spraying to ensure uniform coating without peeling and improve the corrosion resistance of the cabinet.
Structure and performance compliance
The structural design should take into account earthquake resistance, ventilation and heat dissipation layout, reserve reasonable electromagnetic shielding structure and wiring space, and meet the national standards for electrical clearance and creepage distance.
Ensure proper dimensional control throughout the entire process, using vernier calipers and coordinate measuring instruments to randomly inspect key dimensions to avoid assembly issues such as hole misalignment and cabinet door opening and closing jamming.
Safety and operational standards
Operators must wear compliant labor protection equipment and are strictly prohibited from reaching their hands between the upper and lower molds of the bending machine. When processing small parts, special fixtures should be used to avoid mechanical injury.
Regularly calibrate processing equipment, replace worn punching molds in a timely manner, and maintain a clean and ventilated work area to avoid electrical and fire hazards.
Key points for finished product acceptance
Each panel of the cabinet is free from distortion and deformation, with clear and complete labeling. It simulates the trial installation of internal equipment to ensure smooth plug-in insertion and removal, and that the load-bearing capacity of the cabinet meets the design requirements.
