1、 Basic general process requirements

Materials and cutting: Suitable for metal sheets with a thickness of 0.5-6mm, fiber laser cutting is preferred for cutting. The cutting section is free of burrs and slag, and the tolerance of functional installation holes is controlled within ± 0.5mm. The edges of the sheet are prefabricated with R3-R5 rounded corners to eliminate sharp edges.
Bending forming: Match the V-groove lower mold according to the plate thickness to meet the minimum bending edge size requirements. The bending angle control accuracy can reach 90 ° ± 0.3 °. After bending, large-sized components need to be left to rest for 24 hours to release internal stress and avoid rebound and warping problems.

2、 Welding and post-processing requirements

Welding process: Select suitable processes such as argon arc welding and laser welding according to the material of the plate. The weld seam should be fully welded without air holes or sand holes. Outdoor components should be sealed with anti-seepage welding, and deformation should be corrected after welding. The height of the weld seam should be controlled within 0.8~1.2mm.
Surface treatment: Stainless steel parts need to be thoroughly degreased and degreased first, then a stable passivation film is generated by matching the passivation solution parameters according to the material, and finally rinsed with deionized water until the pH value is close to neutral to avoid residual acid solution causing pitting corrosion.

3、 Accuracy and acceptance criteria

The dimensional tolerance of conventional sheet metal parts is usually controlled within 0.1mm, and the flatness is within 0.1mm; High grade sheet metal components for electric energy storage, with a length and width tolerance of ± 1.0mm, a door panel flatness of ≤ 2mm/m, and a diagonal error of ≤ 1.5mm. The finished product needs to pass special tests such as blue dot test and salt spray test to ensure that the protective performance meets the standard.
