1. Core components
Material cost: calculated based on the unfolded size x material thickness x material unit price, with an additional 5% -20% loss rate, or calculated based on standard board specifications for single piece output.
Processing fee: Laser cutting costs about 600 yuan/hour, bending is charged according to the number of knives, for folding machines below 100 tons, the reference fee is 100 yuan/hour, and welding is calculated according to the working hours or weld length.
Surface treatment fees: Spray painting, electroplating, sandblasting and other processes are charged separately by area or weight.
Other additional items: Standard purchased parts, mold fees, expedited fees, packaging and transportation fees can be added as needed.
2. General accounting formula

Industry standard reference formula:
